Cisco came to us with a complain that they hear from their IT solution providers: they are challenged daily by the complexity of Cisco incentive programs for channel partners. The programs are numerous and constantly changing, so promotions that are available today may be gone tomorrow.
It was hard to dive in to Ciscos’ complex system, and I went through multiple rounds of sales teams/IT solution providers interviews to understand their working process and their needs.
The understanding that the Incentive programs can works in variety of combinations, gave me the idea to let the user see in real time the benefits that he will get with every combination that he will make.
This was the beginning of this amazing tool that become an enterprise for IT solution provider. This tool enables the sales team to instantly analyze and visualize all available promotions, incentives, and other profit rewards that apply to a Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) Estimate.
My role: UI&UX designer, user research, wireframe to final design.
